Lime and Mineral Scale Remover.

Specifically Designed for use in all Automatic Washers, Washer Disinfectors, Cart Washers and Tunnel Washers.

DELYMEŽ removes all scale and alkaline mineral deposits from inside walls of automatic washers. Regular use of DELYMEŽ prevents build-up caused by hard water, keeping high quality washers in top working condition, and aids in the cleaning process. DELYMEŽ prevents spotting and leaves washer walls sparkling clean.

AS A NEUTRALISER IN AN AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE Every Cycle.

When used as a neutraliser during the wash cycle, the De-Lyme will prevent the build up of lime scale (White Powder) and other mineral deposits on the instruments and walls of the washer disinfector chamber. Preventing water spotting and leaving the chamber walls sparkling clean.

  1. Use between 1 to 2 ml per 1 litre of tank capacity dependant on water quality
  2. Only use this product for the neutralizing cycle

AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE Daily Use

Light Scale and/or Alkaline Deposits for daily use:

  1. Use 6ml of De-Lyme per 1 litre of tank capacity
  2. Circulate on Acid Rinse cycle for 10 minutes
  3. Then a hot water rinse for the duration of the Disinfection Rinse
  4. Dispense where possible via an automatic dispensing system to prevent contact with the product

AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE Weekly Use

Heavy scale, Alkaline, Urine and/or Faeces Deposits for maintenance:

  1. Use 60ml of De-Lyme per 4 litres of tank capacity
  2. Circulate on Acid Rinse cycle for 10 minutes
  3. Then a hot water rinse for at least 10 minutes
  4. Dispense where possible via an automatic dispensing system to prevent contact with the product

CAUTION: DE-LYME CONTAINS PHOSPHORIC ACID

  • Irritating to eyes and skin
  • In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice
  • In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately
